Mandatory club guidelines for screening, ticketing, and on-site decorum.

Entry Protocol: NoirVibe gatherings are strictly invite-only. By registering for membership or purchasing an event pass, you formally agree to comply with the code of conduct detailed below.

Strict 18+ Age Policy & Mandatory ID Verification

NoirVibe soirées are restricted to guests aged 18 and older. Every attendee must present physical, original government-issued photo identification (such as a Passport, Driver's License, or National Identity Card) upon arrival.

Zero Exception Rule: The Date of Birth on your government ID must align with the screening submission. Any mismatch will result in immediate gate refusal without entitlement to refund or exchange.

Non-Transferable Dynamic QR Entry Passes

Passes issued via our booking engine are strictly individualized and tied directly to the purchaser's identity:

Reselling, ticket scalping, forwarding, or sharing QR screenshots is strictly prohibited.
Each QR pass is validated only once at the gate scanner; duplicate attempts trigger instant blacklisting.
Unapproved third-party ticket acquisitions will be confiscated at reception.

Venue Confidentiality & Secrecy Protocol

To ensure privacy and crowd safety, our pop-up locations (private estates, rooftop terraces, vintage lounges) are withheld until exactly 24 hours prior to the event.

Non-Disclosure: Ticket-holders must not publicly broadcast, geotag, or publish private venue addresses on open social media forums prior to or during the event.

Aesthetic Standard & Mandatory Dress Code

To preserve NoirVibe’s luxury atmosphere, our dress standard is non-negotiable:

Standard Palette: Formal / Semi-Formal Black, Metallics, and Opulent Evening Cocktail attire.
Theme Editions: Festival mask attire (Diwali Masquerade) or velvet winter styling (Midnight Frost) must be honoured.
Athletic wear, casual slippers, graphic streetwear, and distressed garments are prohibited. Gate entry will be denied without refund.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct & Safe Space Policy

We maintain an unconditional zero-tolerance stance regarding guest safety and respect:

Any form of harassment, non-consensual contact, aggression, or prejudice results in immediate physical ejection.
Possession or distribution of illicit substances is strictly prohibited.
Aggressive intoxication or disruption of other guests will result in removal by security.

NoirVibe management retains full authority of admission and will permanently revoke circle memberships for policy violations.

Ticketing, Capacity Limits & Refund Policy

Because venue numbers are capped to preserve atmosphere, all passes are final and non-refundable upon confirmation. If an event is postponed or cancelled directly by NoirVibe due to weather or regulatory causes, 100% of the ticket purchase price will be automatically refunded to the original payment source.

Photography & Visual Media Consent

NoirVibe deploys official cinematographers to document our curated atmosphere. By entering the event, you acknowledge that crowd footage and ambiance recordings may be archived and featured on private channels. If you require complete media exemption, notify our front desk concierge upon arrival.
